1. Do you only book Cruise Weddings? As an alternative to a Shipboard Wedding Package, we can work with a local Independent Planner or our preferred Destination Wedding Partners in certain Ports, so you can have your Beach Wedding or your Garden Wedding during your cruise.

2. Why should I book through CruiseShip-Wedding, instead of my Travel Agent? At CruiseShip-Wedding, we don't just provide you access to an experienced Cruise Consultant but our free advice and recommendations comes from a Certified Wedding Planner that has shipboard experience working for various Cruise Lines. These years of working onboard ships and organizing Wedding Cruises gives you a unique advantage and "insider knowledge" during the organization of your Cruise Wedding.

3. What if my cruise is already booked? If you want CruiseShip-Wedding's assistance and advice throughout the entire process, you will need to be booked through us. So that would mean canceling that booking and rebooking through CruiseShip-Wedding or if you have booked directly with the Cruise Line you can ask the Cruise Line to note on your booking that our Expedia, CruiseShipCenters Consultants is your Travel Agent.

4. How do I book with CruiseShip Wedding? It's as simple as picking up the phone or filling out our Contact Form on our contact us page. Once you have chosen your Cruise and paid your deposit on your cabin, you can then book your Wedding. To secure your Wedding, you will be required to pay for the entire package upon booking. If for some reason you need to cancel your Wedding and/or your Cruise, you will receive a refund, minus applicable penalties.

5. How far ahead should I book? Typically, Cruise Ship Weddings are booked 6-9 months out, however, we always encourage our clients to book as far out as possible, as this helps to secure the Bridal Couple's preferred Cruise, Date and Time. You can then send out your "Save The Dates" and this also allows your guests to prepare themselves financially and book their vacation for your Wedding Cruise.

6. How do I pay for my Cruise and Wedding? All payments are made through our Expedia, CruiseShipCenters Cruise Consultant and are paid directly to the Cruise Line, by Credit or Debit Card.

7. Do I have to provide you with all my guest's payments and information? Many of the clients we work with are born Planners but our purpose is to take the stress away from you. Thanks to the Expedia, CruiseShipCenters System, guests can go online with certain cruise lines and book their cabins themselves within their Group Booking OR they can contact CruiseShip-Wedding and we'll be happy to put you through to our Expedia, CruiseShipCenters Cruise Consultant who will contact your guests for you or you can collect the information yourself, whatever you are most comfortable with.

8. Do you have ideas about a Gift Registry? CruiseShip-Wedding has put together unique Honeymoon Packages which assists the Bridal Couple wanting to make the most of their Cruise and not wanting to be overwhelmed with Wedding gifts, when disembarking the ship. It also helps alleviate the sometimes awkward conversation of "Honestly, I don't want a gift! You attending my Cruise Wedding is gift enough". Albeit true, our Honeymoon Packages allow guests that want to give you a little extra, to chip in and give you something special for your Wedding. Alternatively, most of the Cruise Line's offer a Gift Registry Service, from which you can choose.

9. Are there any discounts? Yes, we stay current on Wedding Package Promotions and the best cruise rates offered by each Cruise Line/Ship, to ensure our clients receive these discounts.

10.Should I take out Insurance? For something as important as your Wedding, we would strongly suggest that you take out Insurance. However, please note it is not mandatory
and in some cases you may just need to top up your existing Insurance to be fully covered. Contact Us for details.
